FIT FOR THE KINGDOM is about the physical manifestation of Biblical principles through eating healthy and exercising. Discipline, patience, and endurance are key elements when it comes to weight loss, staying active, and maintaining the energy it takes to                                     effectively carry out God's calling on our lives. 

It is about encouraging individuals, families, and communities to take care of their physical bodies while being in the Word daily to fill their spiritual souls. Unhealthy eating habits not only cause physical struggles, such as being out of breath when taking the stairs, but it can also cause emotional distance, self consciousness, and inevitably it takes away from our ability to witness effectively.
