The Dirty Diaper Smoothie

1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 TBS Peanut butter
1 Handful of Spinach
Blend in a blender until smooth.
This is a delicious smoothie and great as a post workout to add to your routine. This recipe is a little thick, but you can always add more almond milk. You could also add ice or even a frozen banana!!! Don't be afraid of the color...the pumpkin orange mixed with the spinach gives it a funky 'dirty diaper' look, but it taste amazing!

1 Banana
1 Egg (or 1/4 c egg whites)
1/4 cup Pumpkin puree
That's it! *Whip it together in a blender until smooth....This is very important, the whipped egg is what is going to give you the 'pancake' consistency.
Next, pour 1/4 cup at a time onto a griddle. Flip them as you would regular pancakes. Super, Super Easy. Grain Free, Dairy Free, Gluten Free...You're even getting protein with the pumpkin.
